By redesigning Westpoint Transits' Fleet Management System Dashboards, not only does it caters to the different users' needs, it helps to streamline their work processes that increase the efficiency to locate, manage and reduce the rate of overlooking new tasks on hand.

New components are needed to reduce the number clicks to retrieve data and to increase the efficiency of work.

By priortising the commonly used component on the dashboard can help to prevent mis-scheduling of drivers and provide a better service to their clients.

Solutions

Allow different users using the system to customise their side navigation in their own account for them to work more efficiently.

Users such as the Scheduler, Route-planner and Administrative can access to the Fleet Owner's company name, Driver and contact information easily to ensure faster rate of outreach for last-minute bookings.

Simplify checking on updates with a glance, offering a peace of mind to users at the end of a working day.

Streamline route planning to expedite the process of checking the optimum route for new bookings.
